Responsibilities:
Your Role as Operations Manager
You will lead and optimize the daily operations of a fast-growing organization, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and outstanding team performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the business through strategic planning, innovative problem-solving, and effective leadership.
Supervise, support, and inspire office staff while fostering a culture of high morale and productivity.
Streamline workflows, manage resources, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and performance across all 35 locations.
Track key metrics, analyze operational data, and drive informed decision-making.
Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and oversee timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Partner with teams to drive sales and revenue in insurance, tax preparation, and registration services.
Mentor team members and ensure robust training in company policies, technology, and customer service excellence.
Maintain a proactive approach to client feedback, ensuring experiences consistently exceed expectations.
Analyze expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in operations management, ideally within the insurance or tax preparation industries.
