Spherion Staffing is interviewing for the position of Operations Administrative Assistant for a local financial firm. This position will manage and contribute to the company's health, retirement, and investment development, acquisition, service, maintenance, and processes. The Operations Administrative Assistant will also be cross trained in all areas of the company's business lines so assistance can be provided when needed. Qualified candidates should be able to multitask and preferably have experience in the financial industry.

Pay: $20-23/hour DOE + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Interact with new business agents and advisors
- Manages the new business acquisition and maintenance details, placement processes
- Assist with growing or maintaining the business
- Manage client service requirements of accounts assigned, maintaining detail and accuracy
- Ensures operational systems, processes, and compliance policies are administered effectively in practice
- Provide various client/plan reports as directed
- Cross train into each of the Health, Retirement Services and Wealth Management divisions within Company
- Assist in meeting preparations for corporate, business and individual clients, if required
- Provide research on existing business as needed
- Assist with communication, marketing and publishing as needed using Power Point, and Publisher for communication

Qualifications:
-Experience with customer/client service and interactions within the health/financial industry
-Demonstrate organizational skills and people skills to work in a sometimes-fast paced environment
-Must be organized, self-managed, and able to handle many responsibilities simultaneously
-Must be dependable and have excellent follow-through
-Ability to navigate and research various websites for reporting purposes
-Must be computer proficient, specifically in Outlook, Word, Power Point, CRM software, Excel spreadsheets, PDF software
