Responsibilities:
In this position you will work an afternoon schedule rotating Monday - Friday between 11AM-8PM and 12PM-9PM. Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:
Maintaining regular communication with key client contacts and end users focused on expanding depth and increasing market and wallet share while providing services and ensure the highest level of satisfaction
Onboarding: Providing candidates with new hire materials and ensuring accurate and timely completion
Planning: Leveraging historical data and customer intelligence to anticipate workforce demands and implement a flexible workforce that supports Spherion???s growth and the organization???s business priorities
Retention & Guidance: Executing a proactive retention program focused on reducing turnover and increasing attendance/hours worked thus keeping the workforce engaged and motivated and contributing to profitability
Communication: Maintaining regular two-way communication both aligning candidate skills with client needs and skill marketing candidates resulting in increased order generation
Administration: Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and workers compensation
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Qualifications:
Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
3+ years of business experience in operations leadership, sales and/or recruiting
1+ years in either high volume recruiting or staffing preferred
