Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business objectives
Drive Workforce Strategy: Analyze historical data and market intelligence to anticipate staffing needs and implement flexible workforce solutions that align with organizational priorities
Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop robust candidate pipelines, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure 100% on-time fills while maintaining quality standards
Oversee Performance Analytics: Track and report on critical KPIs including turnover, attendance, time-to-fill metrics, and safety compliance
Champion Retention Initiatives: Execute proactive retention programs focused on reducing turnover and increasing workforce engagement
Lead Safety Programs: Conduct safety walks, respond to workplace incidents, identify preventive measures, and foster a culture of safety compliance
Deliver Business Intelligence: Prepare and present quarterly business reviews highlighting performance metrics, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
