Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for an on premise recruiter position for our on premise manufacturing client in Stead, NV.
Hours can vary depending on management teams schedule, but typical day will be either 6am-2:30pm, or 8am-5pm.
$19-$20 per hour DOE.
Candidate must be comfortable with being in the manufacturing environment when required for tours, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities:
Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Complete all required Spherion role based training.
Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice.
Document all activity and communication in Staffing Connect.
Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, & delivery check-ins.
"Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open opportunities i.e. Internal Database, Job Boards, Social Networks, Candidate Pipeline, Referrals, Candidate Applications".
Pre Screen Candidates.
Schedule Interviews for Recruiters & Staffing Consultants.
Greet candidates for In House interviews.
Administer skill assessment tests.
Generate referrals and potential additional business sales leads.
Facilitate employment verification, background checks, drug screens, credit checks.
Verify PPE based on customer requirements.
Scan documents & attaching to candidate profiles.
Badge creation, photos, and complete customer specific pre-hire requirements.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
High School Equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment.
Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Participate in order qualification calls and job shadows.
Create, post and market open orders (when no marketing specialist).
Partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns for open orders.
Execute Community Based Recruiting (local networking, career fairs, posters, associations, etc.).
Participate in local networking groups and select associations to promote brand awareness and attract new talent.
Proactively develop, manage and maintain core skill candidate pipeline as assigned by leadership.
Interview Candidates.
Match qualified candidates to open orders.
Facilitate employee Onboarding.
Manage On Assignment Care Program to ensure.
Execute MPCs (Most Placeable Candidate) Presents.
Partner w/ Staffing Consultants and On-Premise Manager.
Permanent internal team position for Spherion Staffing onsite at our manufacturing client in Stead, NV.
