This position reports directly to the owner and offers a consistent Monday - Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting functions including AR/AP, bank deposits, and cash handling
- Process customer payments and handle billing inquiries
- Oversee inventory-related paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders
- Handle basic HR functions including timesheets and payroll processing
- Support counter staff during busy periods as needed
- Maintain organized records for parts orders and customer accounts
- Problem-solve shipping and delivery issues
- Assist with physical inventory counts
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in family owned businesses/ small businesses
- Experience in warehouse setting

Qualifications:
- Solid experience in office management, preferably in retail or parts industries
- Strong background in AR/AP and basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory or parts management systems
- History of building strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Proficient with computers and business software, as well as paper filing system
- Capable of occasional light lifting and movement of files/supplies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and common-sense approach
