We are searching for a full time, direct hire Office/HR Manager in Altoona PA
Responsibilities may include:
• Account Receivables assistance Applying payments
• Accounts Payables assistance
Processing checks
General office tasks:
Answering phone
Drafting letters and correspondences
Data entry
Formatting technical reports, proposals, and bids
Scheduling shipment pick-ups
Printing monthly P&L (review for accuracy)
Making copies
Scheduling and coordinating internal company events
Pick-up technical documents and bonds from local insurance broker
Maintaining office apparel
Maintaining office supplies
Maintaining of the filing system and proper paper trails
Conduct digital archiving of project files
Providing updated Certificate of Insurance to various clients throughout the year
Lias with IT support as needed
Human Resources tasks:
Onboarding new employees
Processing payroll
Setting employees up on various sites for benefits and payroll
Answer employee questions regarding their benefits and research any issue
Corresponding with benefit brokers to assure timely and accurate renewals
Maintain 401k retirement plan
Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal labor and safety laws
Talent recruitment and interface with recruiting sources
Employee relations and engagement
Maintain and update company employee manual
Work with safety manager on maintaining compliance with client based safety portals
