Responsibilities:
$16-17/hr DOE
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and assistance.
- Schedule appointments for HVAC service and maintenance calls.
- Process and track service orders and work orders.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and databases.
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and other customer documents.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
