Experience working in a technical, engineering, or data center environmentPrevious exposure to vendor management or light procurement tasksEvent planning or employee engagement experience a plusFamiliarity with basic financial processes and logistics
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProven ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive informationMust pass a background clearance checkReliable transportation for occasional off-site errandsFriendly, can-do attitude with the desire to grow and contribute
