Responsibilities:
- Deploy system images and configure endpoints for clients.
- Provide support for desktop operating systems, including Windows 7 through Windows 10.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for remote users and clients.
- Install and configure networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Offer first-line help desk support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to client issues.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CAD software.
- Familiarity with wireless networking technologies and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of anti-virus, anti-malware, and diagnostic tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment with a focus on customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.
