- Complete required mold activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices.- Complete mold production achieving the hourly goals.- Complete re-work and repair activities as needed and as requested by Supervisor / Group Lead- Assure a quality focus is always maintained within the production cell.- Demonstrate an understanding of equipment functionality within the scope of responsibility.- Demonstrate an ability to trouble shoot equipment within the scope of responsibility- Report any production abnormalities as they arise within cells under the assigned scope of responsibility.- Keep supervisor informed of cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, parts supply, and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility- Follow to processes dictated by the standard work instructions.- Perform quality checks per quality control plan.- Address all quality concerns via the appropriate channel for cells within the scope of responsibility.- Assure work environment is clean, orderly and free of safety hazards (5S)- Maintain the highest ethical standards as well as absolute personal and intellectual integrity.- Other activities as needed.

- High School Diploma or GED or 4 years of solid manufacturing/production experience- Sustained above average attendance record by not exceeding 5 points, or the allowed five (5) call in's per the OPW attendance policy at any time.- No history of repeated or severe disciplinary action for violation of OPW company policy- Satisfactory completion of all required training programs as required by management.- Ability to work overtime to accommodate production / project needs- Must be willing to work assigned shift and overtime.- Must be willing and able to comply with plant safety policies. - As these roles may require the handling of fiberglass and other materials, must be willing and able to wear appropriate PPE.- Ability to listen and take direction by supervisory staff is key.- Ability to use gages for inspection.- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.- Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb and work in weather extremes.
