MIG Welder - Night Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team where your welding skills make an impact! As a MIG Welder, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality welded assemblies using raw steel. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll help create durable products while maintaining top-tier safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding, robot operation, grinding, and repairs on raw steel assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics to determine the correct welding process
- Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality
- Maneuver and position parts safely using a hoist
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues
- Maintain documentation and reports as required
- Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines
- Take on additional duties as needed
Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding certification or technical training
- At least one year of welding experience in a production setting (manual or robotic)
- Three years of MIG welding experience
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience with MIG welding equipment, oxyacetylene torch, grinders, hand tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to pass a GMAW skills test, including a single-pass weld on 1/8 steel in a vertical down position
