Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced sales candidate for the role of Membership Engagement Coordinator. In this role you will spearhead the execution of the annual Total Resource Campaign and event
sponsorships, fostering member engagement and augmenting non-dues revenue for the organization. The Membership Engagement Coordinator will additionally assume the responsibility of cultivating and nurturing relationships with members.

Salary $45-48k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Continue to grow membership engagement by acquiring
sponsorships
-Manage and develop the Total Resource Campaign.
-Maintain sponsorship database
-Identify and acquire advertisers for publications to
meet revenue goals
-Maintain and continue to build upon advertising schedule
-Advance and develop consistency in our branding
-Work with communication team in assistance with correct
advertising in each publication
-Send monthly reminder to advertisers to submit ads before deadline
set up by communication team
-Contact membership to offer Premier Package add on to
membership dues
-Lead out membership retention tasks for existing members by
coordination of invoicing and outreach

-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum of 1 years' experience in Sales
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency with Word and Excel
