Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of providers??? time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize scheduling and accommodate patient needs.
Verify patient insurance information and obtain pre-authorizations as necessary.
Assist in managing appointment reminders and follow-up calls to reduce no-shows.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and data entry.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a scheduler or in a medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of insurance processes is a plus

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate
Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
