Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Schedule appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for patients.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needs.
Maintain patient records in our electronic health system.
Process patient billing and insurance information.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the clinical team.
Travel to different office locations within the county as needed to provide coverage.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role is preferred
Reliable transportation for travel between office locations as needed
Ability to work occasional Saturdays
