Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement treatment protocols and care plans that align with best practices in addiction medicine and behavioral health.
- Supervise and provide medical guidance to clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to enhance program efficiency, patient outcomes, and community outreach.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with active and unrestricted license in South Carolina.
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine (or equivalent experience in substance use treatment).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including Joint Commission and CARF accreditation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Experience in MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) programs and withdrawal management.-
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and holistic treatment approaches.-
- Experience in grant writing, program development, or research initiatives.
