Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Take and record patient vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, weight).
Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures.
Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment for use.
Perform basic laboratory tests (e.g., urine tests, blood draws).
Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
Provide patient education and instructions regarding medications, treatments, and procedures.
Assist with patient preparation for procedures and surgeries.
Administrative Duties:
Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records, both electronic and paper.
Verify patient insurance information and process billing.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and order new stock as needed.
Process and manage patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
General Duties:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, OSHA).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with any concerns or questions.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office or clinic.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
