Responsibilities:
Ensure designs comply with safety standards and government regulations.
Collaborate with departments and customers to determine optimal product designs.
Lead R&D and prototype development, making improvements to existing equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues and recommend adjustments to prevent future failures.
Establish maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and essential spare parts lists.
Define performance requirements and design specifications for new products.
Evaluate industrial processes to enhance equipment application.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience with equipment failure analysis and technical support.
Project management skills.
Ability to guide other engineers, drafters, and technical staff.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Understanding of electromechanical design, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
