• Perform electro-mechanical chassis assembly using drawings or existing product samples
• Install pre-assembled wiring harnesses and connect wires to printed circuit boards following simple diagrams
• Past experience in chassis assembly using simple hand tools and cordless screw drivers with torque settings
• Some minor soldering touchup and wire crimping
• Work from standard wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and bill of materials
• Experience with pulling electronic component parts into production kits
• Capable of performing related manufacturing processes
• Interface with supervisor to assure efficient flow of information and materials
• Perform Key Performance Indicators:
• Meet production deadlines
• Monitor the Quality of finished product assembly
• Requires some inventory stockroom organizing
• No lifting over 40 pounds and no ladder work
• Position requires the ability to coordinate several activities at the same time, and to reprioritized in response to changing operational conditions

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Previous experience in wire crimping
- Soldering experience a plus
- Must be proficient with use of hand tools for mechanical assembly.
- Must demonstrate decision-making skills
- Must have good mechanical skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Electro-mechanical Assembly Technician
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing/ production
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with basic understanding in electronics (DC, AC, Analog, Digital)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with handling small delicate components using ESD practices
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with working from wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets and engineering specifications.???
• Must be a US CITIZEN
• Must be able to pass Background???check and a drug screen.
