Develop and maintain Material Requirements Plans (MRP) based on production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials, components, and parts while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and components, initiating replenishment orders as necessary to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Collaborate with production teams to align material deliveries with production schedules and customer requirements.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies and updating inventory records.
Analyze demand patterns, consumption rates, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve material flow.
Communicate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, and purchasing) to resolve material availability issues and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely procurement and availability of materials to support production schedules and meet customer demands. Collaborating with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage inventory levels, optimize supply chain processes, and help maintain smooth production operations.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree or 1-3 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, inventory management, or a related field.
Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control techniques, and materials management best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems for materials planning and inventory management.
Familiarity with demand planning software and forecasting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
