We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines external outreach, in-house event planning, and digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
External Marketing (~50%)
- Organize and coordinate free massage events, spinal screenings, and lunch-and-learn sessions at local businesses by calling, emailing, and visiting companies.
- Target 1-2 events per doctor each week, with the goal of helping as many people as possible.
- Potential to hire and manage a part-time or full-time assistant to help coordinate and attend events.
- Attend networking events and Chamber activities, sometimes solo, or to introduce new doctors to the community.
- Track new patient (NP) allocation and event success with the Clinic Director and other doctors.
Internal Marketing (~25%)
- Assist in planning monthly in-house events, promotions, and educational workshops.
- Support in-house celebrations and fun team-building activities.
- Capture educational opportunities, testimonials, and memorable moments in the office with patients.
Digital Marketing (~25%)
- Create content and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Run and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Track metrics of engagement, ROI for ad spend, and adjust strategies to improve marketing outcomes.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience with event planning, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-accountable.
- Proficiency in social media advertising, content creation, and basic analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a variety of people in different settings, from internal teams to business owners and customers.

Qualifications:
- A passion for marketing, problem-solving, and promoting products/services.
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while still being an active team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and walking into businesses to build relationships.
