The Molder is responsible for assisting with the efficient and effective completion of production processes while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Molder role involves assembly, machining, shipping, receiving, and new product development across multiple production areas. The Molder will ensure product quality, meet production goals, and uphold workplace safety and cleanliness. Key Accountabilities associated with the Molder position include, but are not limited to; Safety, Quality Assurance, Associate Training, and Product Assembly.

Responsibilities:
- Various aspects of the production process
- Perform required mold activities within an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
- Achieve hourly production goals and complete mold production efficiently.
- Conduct rework and repair activities as needed or as directed by a Supervisor or Group Lead.
- Maintain a consistent focus on quality within the production cell.
- Understand and troubleshoot equipment functionality within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Report any production abnormalities promptly.
- Keep the supervisor informed about quality, parts supply, and safety issues within the assigned area.
- Follow standard work instructions and processes.
- Perform quality checks per the quality control plan and report concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S principles.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, personal integrity, and intellectual honesty.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of solid manufacturing/production experience/machining experience
- Reliability and strong attendance
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
- Compliance with all plant safety policies, including the use of appropriate PPE for handling fiberglass and other materials.
- Ability to follow supervisory direction and listen effectively.
- Proficiency in using gauges for inspections.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb, and work in varying weather conditions.
