Responsibilities:
Prepare parts for plating by cleaning, masking, or pre-treating surfaces as required.
Operate and maintain plating equipment, tanks, and chemical solutions according to company and safety standards.
Apply metal coatings to parts through processes such as electroplating, electroforming, and other metal finishing techniques.
Monitor and adjust plating processes to ensure uniformity and quality of finish.
Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all parts meet specifications and quality standards.
Complete required documentation for production, quality control, and chemical handling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of metal plating processes and equipment.
Ability to work with various materials and finishes.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in metal plating or related field (experience in electroplating is a plus).
Basic knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
