Proven experience monitoring KPIs. Inventory management is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with manufacturing software or ERP systems.- High School Diploma required; Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or 3 years within a manufacturing environment.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey expectations clearly and engage with team members effectively.- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities to manage schedules, workflows, and production targets efficiently.- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
