Design and develop manufacturing processes, methods, and systems to meet production goals and quality standards.
Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products, offering input on process improvements.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to evaluate manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Assist in integrating new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation systems to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Provide production support by troubleshooting process issues, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process instructions, work procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure a smooth transition to production.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Manufacturing Development Engineer I, you will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support manufacturing operations, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure the seamless introduction of new products into production.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and principles.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, DOE).
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
