The Aerospace Manual Machinist will be responsible for operating manual milling machines to produce precision metal parts and Aerospace components according to detailed specifications. Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain manual milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Machine components to tight tolerances, ensuring high-quality finishes and dimensional accuracy.
Utilize precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to perform in-process quality checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with the Machining Floor Manager and other team members

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Safety:
Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE in a functional condition. Personal Protective Gear Provided, with exception to work boots.
Employees will receive safety training and hence forth must always maintain the safety standards outlined within the company safety program.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Manual mill operation can require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Accuracy and precision are crucial for producing high-quality parts.
Good dexterity and coordination are essential for operating the machine and handling tools.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience operating manual milling machines in a professional manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from complex technical blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and instruments.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional punctuality and a proven record of reliable attendance are essential.
