Our client is in need of a reliable and experienced worker to assist with cleaning of restrooms, floors, office areas, break room, and other office spaces at their office in Solvang.
Responsibilities:
At the completion of each shift:
- Carpets shall be free of dirt, dust, debris, and spots and stains.
- Hard surfaced floors shall appear polished and be free of dirt, dust, debris, spots and stains.
- All surfaces shall be free of dirt, dust, cobwebs, spots, and stains, including, but not
limited to: Furniture, File Cabinets, Window and other exposed ledges, Computer equipment, including areas around and behind display monitors and all office equipment.
- Front door glass shall appear free of dust, dirt, streaks, smudges, and spots both inside and out.
- Display cases and all counter tops, tabletops shall appear clean and polished, free from dust, smudges, and debris.
- Doors, door handles, and door casings shall be free of handprints, dirt, and other marks.
- Waste Containers shall be free of odors. Liners shall be in place and appear free of liquids, stains, or debris.
- Chairs shall appear to be free of dust, debris, and stains.
- Vents on doors shall appear clean and free of dust and cobwebs.
- All wastebaskets, chairs, tables, and similar objects shall be returned to the location were found after cleaning.
- Restrooms: Floors mopped, mirrors cleaned, toilet paper refilled
- Meeting rooms: whiteboards shall appear clean of marks and marker dust including any writing that is not marked ???SAVE.??? Tabletop and counters free of streaks, dirt and with a polished appearance.
- Kitchenette: Microwaves, refrigerators, and other appliances shall be free of dirt, Counter tops, cabinet faces shall be free of dust, dirt, marks, handprints, and cobwebs.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
