What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance, working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics for diagnostics and repairs.
- Utilize your PLC programming skills (preferably Siemens or comparable systems).
- Work confidently with 3-phase power, DC voltages (up to 460VAC), ladder logic, and VOM electrical meters.
- Handle gear drives, bearing replacements, MIG welding, cutting torches, and other fabrication tasks.
- Perform building and grounds maintenance, including electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC upkeep, and light carpentry.
- Participate in the company's growth as it implements new technology and automation.
What It Takes to Succeed / Required to Have:
- 5+ years in an industrial maintenance role.
- Strong electrical background (this role is 80% electrical).
- Ability to program PLCs and troubleshoot electrical components.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and metrology tools.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, under/inside machinery, and at various heights.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or associate degree a plus.
Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:
- Leadership experience (team lead, line lead, etc.).
- Background working with Fanuc robots.
- Experience with screw machines (highly desirable).
- A portfolio of past projects (advantageous but not required).
Work Schedule & On-Call Expectations:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
