Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery, systems, and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Identify potential equipment or system failures and proactively resolve issues before they cause significant downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Install and test new equipment and systems as required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Assist in managing and maintaining spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Relevant certifications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical fields.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and repair advanced machinery issues in specialized equipment.
Experience in basic construction tasks, including carpentry or general building maintenance.
Skills in welding or metalwork to repair or fabricate necessary components.
Certification to operate forklifts or similar heavy equipment.
Experience managing or assisting with small to medium-sized maintenance projects.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify solutions effectively.
Proven experience in maintenance or a related technical field (e.g., industrial maintenance, facility maintenance).
Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
High attention to detail when performing inspections, repairs, and documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills to report issues and provide updates to supervisors.
Ability to lift, bend, and work in various physical positions; capability to handle physically demanding tasks.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
