As the Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the timely and efficient repair and maintenance of all equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operations across all areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote safety and safety awareness by adhering to procedures and protocols.
- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on various plant systems and mechanical equipment.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical problems; ability to troubleshoot PLC's is a must.
- Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.
- Utilize metalworking tools to maintain or repair parts and tools.
- Monitor mechanical devices and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Operate and maintain Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) functions.
- Utilize software programs to diagnose and troubleshoot common problems with PLCs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years minimum in a multi-craft (mechanical and electrical) industrial maintenance role.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency in using Word software and Manufacturing software.
- Crane Certification, Forklift/Hand Truck Certification, and Lean Sigma Training preferred.
