Spherion is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to oversee maintenance service and asset management operations in a rapidly growing property management company. This position will lead a team of out-of-town vendors to exceed resident expectations. Help to optimize policies, procedures, and workflow maintenance management systems. He/she is responsible for business decisions to minimize costs and positively impact company expansion.

*Emergency Phones Two Weekends Per Month & Every Other Holiday
Pay $25-27/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordination
-Lead & Support Team of 1099 Vendors To Successful Outcomes
-Coordinate Vendor Maintenance & Cleaning Efforts
-Plan & Manage Unit Turns
-Plan & Manage Seasonal & Preventative Maintenance
-Seek Out, Hire & Terminate Vendors
-On-call duties
Asset Management
-Monthly Site Visits To Each Market (Currently 3 Travel Days Per Month Outside Fargo)
-Planning & Managing Capital Improvement Projects
-Unit Renovations
Finance
-Invoice management, verification & approval Growth
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
