Job Description:
Are you a motivated individual with a knack for machinery and a drive for excellence? We are seeking a skilled Machine Setup/Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll set up and operate various manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery with precision and care.
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup and operational issues independently.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and meet production goals.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.
Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 540 hours
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, solid communication, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.
