This role is primarily responsible for machine operation, training, and conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience operating thermoforming and automation equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting machines for quality issues. These are 12 hours shifts on rotating schedules
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance
- Machine Operations
- Troubleshooting Machines
- Have the ability to work in all departments as needed
Working hours: 4:55 AM - 4:55 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a machine operation role
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must maintain regular and consistent attendance
