1st shift- 8am-5pm - FT

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in synthetic fiber processing or related industries.

Responsibilities:
?Machine Operation: Operate and monitor specialized machinery for the production of flat yarns, woven fabrics, and related products, including extrusion, weaving, and automated equipment.
?Setup and Adjustment: Set up machines for production runs, including loading raw materials (polypropylene and/or high-density polyethylene resin), adjusting settings for yarn thickness, weave patterns, and other critical parameters, and performing necessary calibrations.
?Quality Control: Inspect finished products (flat yarns and woven fabrics) for defects, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards related to yarn uniformity, tensile strength, and weave integrity.
?Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials (resin) and finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent contamination or damage.
?Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, material usage, output, and quality control data, with specific attention to the properties of synthetic fibers.
?Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, particularly those related to working with plastic resins and automated machinery, to ensure a safe working environment.
?Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance technicians and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and maintain product quality.
?Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the production of flat yarns and woven fabrics.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in measuring and inspecting yarn and fabric properties.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years
