In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of press machines to produce high-quality components in accordance with specifications. Responsibilities:
Selecting and positioning dies and punches in the bed and ram of press
Programming stops on machine and repositioning stock to run through steps required to form parts to completion
Verifying dimensions of work piece
Performing First Piece Inspection as required
Manually programming controller to required specifications
Must have previous experience operating press machines
Understanding of lock out/tag out procedures and ability to use when appropriate
Maintain a high level of productivity and quality
Follow work center procedures as defined
Must be able to understand and follow instructions given in job routers
Document and notify Quality of any discrepancies and/or nonconformance's
Note any changes and/or recommendations that are needed for future production runs
Inspect finished products and parts by comparing them with blueprints and boundary samples
Ability to use grinders and other hand tools as necessary
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to operate additional machinery, such as grinders or lathes.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Eperience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
Knowledge of different materials and their properties.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
