Expected to keep area clean of any contaminants, wear assigned PPE, and treat delicate equipment with attentiveness. Responsibilities:
Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.
Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.
Accurately record production data into the computer database.
Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.
Receive job tasks and builds based on information from R&D Team.
Operating small and large equipment.
Fine motor skills required for small products.
Understands and contributes to the EHS policies.
Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to operate computerized manufacturing equipment.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in battery production or related fields.
