- STARTING PAY: $21-$22/HR
- 1ST SHIFT: 6AM-2:30PM
- BREAKS: Two 15min paid breaks, 1/2hr unpaid lunch.
- This is a 40hr/week position, but we're heading into peak season, so there will be mandatory OT (paid time and a half) of 50hrs/week thru Nov just in time to make more money before the holidays! In Dec hours will go back to 40/hrs/wk.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to prepare for production.
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different production runs or product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections during production.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate production records, including the number of products produced and any downtime.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve more complex machinery issues.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment between production runs to meet food safety standards.
Skills:
- Good work history
- Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment, preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and machine manuals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
