The individual in this role will be assessing borrower situations, developing customized solutions to avoid foreclosure, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines throughout the decision-making process. The ideal candidate will be skilled at analyzing borrower documentation, making informed decisions within the waterfall of loss mitigation options, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.

- Review borrower documentation, including income, assets, and appraisals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain transparent communication throughout the process to enhance borrower experiences and build trust.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve conditions, improve processes, and achieve timely resolutions. Conduct quality assurance checks on borrower documents and submit completed files for claims processing.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry standards, ensuring decisions reflect best practices and compliance requirements.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
- Experience with default loss mitigation servicing, particularly FHA loans, is preferred.
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing platforms (MSP or FICS? Mortgage Servicer) is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
