The Logistics Support Specialist role will also be responsible for developing a correcting process to ensure that Teleflex has streamlined freight invoice process and ensures the integrity of data in various systems to support the efficient flow of information across the supply chain network. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, playing a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our logistics and distribution processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with freight carriers to gather necessary data, invoices, and request invoice data adjustments as necessary.
- Partner with compliance and accounting teams to facilitate VAT recovery for prior expenses.
- Develop and document processes to ensure efficient and accurate freight invoicing.
- Accurately enter data into supply chain management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Maintain and update databases with new information as it becomes available.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to gather necessary data and ensure timely updates.
- Generate regular reports on data entry activities and present findings to the logistics and distribution management team.
- Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the Global Supply Chain team as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data entry and management.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems and logistics processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with freight compliance and freight invoicing is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

1-4 years
