Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outbound shipping by determining optimal routes, carriers, and delivery times, ensuring products reach customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other necessary paperwork.
- Monitor outbound shipments, troubleshoot delivery issues, and provide updates to customers.
- Support inbound logistics by working with suppliers and internal teams to arrange transportation and ensure optimal delivery conditions.
- Communicate logistics plans, issues, and updates to management and relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Provide quotes, shipping costs, and estimates for sales, customers, and internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure continuous improvement in processes.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of shipping equipment and facilities.
- Uphold safety standards, reporting any accidents or near misses immediately.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems and 3PL TMS.
- Advanced knowledge of shipping methods, including road, air, and international logistics.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in staff training and development.
- Proven ability to solve logistics challenges in real-time.
- Experience in managing and improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- At least two to three years of experience in logistics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of shipping classes and accessorials.
- Experience with international shipping (via truck and container).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and logistics software.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute logistics strategies effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Dependability and excellent attendance record.
- Previous logistics experience of at least two years.
