Active Property & Casualty Producer License required

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance Group, is seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives! In this role, you will assist incoming sales prospects to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all, insurance products, all while delivering outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and current customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to prospect circumstances and meeting the needs of the customer
• Attend sales meetings, seminars, or educational activities to stay current with market trends, and regulations and maintain state licensing

Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining, prioritizing, and organizing an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients

Licenses:

• You must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License. Amfam Group will pay to maintain your licenses after hire along with all CE requirements

Schedule option 1:

• Core business hours are 7 am to 10 pm CT Monday-Friday and 8:30 am-7 pm Saturdays
• New hire shifts will be evening shifts generally working no later than 8 pm local time. All new hires will work a 9-hour Monday with a 7-hour shift later in the week
• All agents will work a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation with a comp day following their Saturday (generally a Wednesday or Thursday)
• Virtual Training hours are 9:00 am-5:30 pm – No Time off is allowed during training hours (Training is approximately 6 weeks)

Schedule option 2:

• Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am and 11 pm EST, Saturday 9 am-6 pm EST, and Sunday 9 am-6 pm EST.  Once training is finished, your schedule will be: Monday - Friday 2:30 pm-11 pm EST, every 4th Saturday & every 5th Sunday 9 am-6 pm EST
• Mandatory training will be held virtually for 4 weeks. The hours for training are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm local time. No time off can be taken during training
