Responsibilities:
Identify client insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Assist clients with policy selection, renewals, and claims processing.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
3+ years of experience working with FL property and casualty
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have an active FL 2-20 or 4-40 license
Must have at least 1 year of property and casualty insurance experience
Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
