The Legal Secretary provides administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, ensuring efficient operations within the law firm. This role requires strong proficiency in legal terminology and procedures.

- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

- Maintain and organize case files to ensure all documents are easily retrievable.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court dates for attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case status.
- Assist in legal research and gather relevant case information or documentation as needed.
- Prepare and track invoices, manage billing records, and assist with client billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and office policies, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
