Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
Maintain and organize legal documents and client files
Perform data entry and record keeping
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing data
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
