High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in a related field is a plus.Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a property management or real estate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups.Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
