The Leasing Agent schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and rotating
Saturday shift 1x every 3 weeks, however availability to work longer hours during peak season (July and August up to 6 days/wk) is required.
Responsibilities:
the Leasing Agent is responsible for the following tasks within their portfolio:
Receive and respond to apartment inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions
Schedule and perform apartment showings with property-specific knowledge, including
timely follow up and lead management
Prepare and distribute communication and notices to tenants
Perform apartment inspections before move in and after move out, as well as throughout
the lease term as needed
Manage delinquencies and collect rent
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with current and prospective tenants
Learn and ensure compliance with all Fair Housing Laws
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Moderately active position - ability to stand/walk throughout shift
