From developing course materials to conducting hands-on demonstrations, as Instructor, you'll help equip aerospace employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You'll also assess aerospace employees progress to ensure strong learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to teach a variety of aerospace courses. This role involves providing training in several key areas, including electrical installations, mechanical skills, sealant application, and environmental health and safety.

Responsibilities:
-Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practices
-Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring Aerospace employees gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment
-Assess Aerospace employees performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
-Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided
-Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocol
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
-Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
-Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not required
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
