Responsibilities:
Entering data accurately and efficiently into database systems.
Ensuring data integrity and consistency across all entries.
Collaborating with team members to organize and prioritize data entry tasks.
Utilizing various software tools, including Excel and web browsers, social media, etc.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with data management software and tools beyond Excel, such as Google Sheets or database systems.
Experience with inventory management systems or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of firearms and related terminology (not necessary but advantageous).
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands.
Passion for firearms and an understanding of the importance of responsible gun ownership (optional but valued).
