laundry / warewash service technician.

Salary: $50-70k DOE

Responsibilities:
1) Preventive Maintenance:
-Regularly inspect and maintain commercial warewashing and laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity

2) Troubleshooting and Repair:
-Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with warewashing and laundry equipment, including dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other related machinery

3) Installation:
-Assist with the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality

4) Record Keeping:
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
5) Safety:
-Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when working with equipment and chemicals

6) Communication:
-Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding equipment issues and maintenance schedules

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications in related fields is a plus
-Relevant Experience includes service work with laundry or dishwashing equipment for hotels, gyms, schools or large commercial establishments
-Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment
-Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
-Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
-Familiarity with commercial warewashing and laundry equipment
