Laser Machine Operation:-Operate laser cutting machines to perform precision cutting on various metal materials used in metal spinning processes.-Ensure that the laser machines are functioning properly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.-Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.Programming:-Program and set up CNC laser systems, including writing or modifying programs for cutting paths, speeds, and other specifications.-Utilize CAD/CAM software to develop and optimize laser cutting programs for complex shapes and designs specific to metal spinning.-Work closely with engineers or designers to review blueprints, specifications, and CAD files for programming needs.Quality Control:-Monitor cut quality and tolerances, ensuring they meet specified requirements for metal spinning applications.-Perform routine inspections on cut parts to verify the accuracy and quality of the cuts.-Identify and resolve any issues related to part fit, finish, or alignment.Safety & Compliance:-Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.-Ensure laser cutting operations are in compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.Troubleshooting & Maintenance:-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance, programming, and product quality.-Perform minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs as needed.Collaboration & Communication:-Collaborate with other team members, including machine operators, engineers, and supervisors, to meet production goals.-Communicate effectively with management regarding any production delays, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.

Experience:-Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, preferably in the metal spinning, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.-Experience with metal cutting processes, including sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials common in metal spinning.-Proven experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.Technical Skills:-Strong understanding of laser cutting techniques and CNC programming.-Knowledge of metal spinning processes and the specific requirements for laser cutting in metalworking.-Familiarity with machine operation software and systems.Education:-High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing, machining, or related field is preferred.
